Kmart Site Portal Guide

Kmart uses the contactless digital sign-in and maintenance capture system, Verified, which captures all visitor attendance and inductions completed on site. This digital platform means you can view attendances on site and self-manage your site information via the Verified Site Portal. This guide will walk you through each feature on the portal to access this information.

Sign-In

Go to verified.com.au/portal

Enter your store email address and password

Site Access

Provides real time information of who attended site, the safety information completed, and times they were on site.

From here you can;

  • View the induction record completed, this is found under Safety Information
  • Perform searches to view specific information

To navigate to the home screen click on the Verified logo.

Desktop Induction

Allows stores to induct an attendee via the desktop to record their attendance and OHS requirements.

The desktop induction sign in option is only to be used by exeption. In the first instance, encourage the use of the Verified digital sign in system.

Site Hazards/Noticeboard

Provides the ability to notify visitors of a hazard or other critical information on your site.

This is then displayed to the visitor when they login to Verified as part of the induction.

Site Info

Allows you to self manage your own site information such as the Site Managers and any key risks and control measures on your site.

This is then displayed to the visitor when they login to Verified as part of the induction.

Site Specific Documents

Provides the ability for your sites documents to be self-managed.

These documents are then accessible to your visitors when completing the induction in Verified.

To add a document

  • Select Add +
  • Complete the required fields
  • Upload the document
  • Save
